Today 6 of July

Yesterday, I was told by Corey, my weakness is can't making that decision by myself.

And I know it, I am trying my best to change this.

This is something to do with my personality, or maybe how I grow up, I just weak on this.

It doesn't matter, as I am trying my best to be better in this.

3 happy things today.

Ball and seat A matching lapping results, blue test result was really good. I have never seen such a good results till today.

Thinner solvent test + air gun blowing, no leakage was seen. I myself really very confident about this, and hopefully the god will help me /us.

That was the first happy thing.

Then I decided to write an email to Chevron people. I wrote in very detail and apologise to them I couldn't deliver on time.

Happy thing was , after 5 minutes I sent the email, corey sent an email to praise me.

He said well done, great communication.

That was the second happy thing.

Third thing was to quickly point out a simple thing, to bhp client.

Their spec mentioned about duplex ball but for some reasons, all the valves they installed are ss316 ball, of course there is reliability issue.

Today 4 of July

Yesterday night, I couldn't sleep. I think I woke for about 3 to 4 hours. Imagine a full sleep is 8 hours, I have already spent half of it awake. I don't know how to put the stress down. I have read the literature, trying to be able to relieve myself from stressing out. At the end of the day, this is just a job, just a fucking metal seated ball valve not sealing. Machined shop has been asked to lap the ball by machine. Technician has tried to have lap it. Blue tests have been done. Still not working. I am really stress to find a way forward.
