Downstream refining, petrochemical, marketing, wholesale and retail

Petrochemical including synthetic rubber, lubricant, plastic etc

Three types of oil and gas, light, medium and heavy
Light is LPG, liquefied petroleum gas
Medium is jet fuel, gasoline, diesel
Heavy is lubricant and paraffin wax

Baby stuff, need to plan well, daddy needs to be a coach. Although physically didn't do anything, but good support the wife

Today 4 of July

Yesterday night, I couldn't sleep. I think I woke for about 3 to 4 hours. Imagine a full sleep is 8 hours, I have already spent half of it awake. I don't know how to put the stress down. I have read the literature, trying to be able to relieve myself from stressing out. At the end of the day, this is just a job, just a fucking metal seated ball valve not sealing. Machined shop has been asked to lap the ball by machine. Technician has tried to have lap it. Blue tests have been done. Still not working. I am really stress to find a way forward.

Today 6 of July

Yesterday, I was told by Corey, my weakness is can't making that decision by myself. And I know it, I am trying my best to change this. This is something to do with my personality, or maybe how I grow up, I just weak on this. It doesn't matter, as I am trying my best to be better in this. 3 happy things today. Ball and seat A matching lapping results, blue test result was really good. I have never seen such a good results till today. Thinner solvent test + air gun blowing, no leakage was seen. I myself really very confident about this, and hopefully the god will help me /us. That was the first happy thing. Then I decided to write an email to Chevron people.
